| No Credit Card Transaction Imprint & Sales Policy Acknowledgement When you place an order via the internet, you will NOT receive an imprint of the credit card transaction. By your typing the word "YES" or "yes" in the online sales order and clicking the "Submit Charge Order Now" button, you have acknowledged that you are giving us permission to deduct the funds for the order, including any applicable sales tax, from your selected credit card account and that you have read and understand Our Sales Policy. |

| Sales Tax We only collect Sales Tax on purchases with a Buyers address within our state. New Jersey residents must pay 6% Sales Tax. Sales Tax rates are subject to change. If you enter a valid NJ Sales Tax Exemption number, NJ Sales Tax will not be added. However you must certify that you have an Exemption Certificate, and you must mail IDE CORP a valid copy of your exemption certificate (or proof of exemption) within 30 days. Agencies of the State of New Jersey are exempt, but must submit a ST-5 (or valid Purchase order or Contract signed by an authorized official), or an ST4 (for purchases $150 or less). Public institutions within New Jersey are automatically exempt from the State Sales Tax. | Our Return/Cancellation Policy When you receive an order acknowledgement Email or Complete the Online Sale and see the Order Confirmation, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a Cancellation Authorization. We will honor requests for Cancellation on any purchase within 30 days of Purchase as long as the Account has not been Activated yet. If an Account has been Activated we may charge a cancellation fee before issuing a Credit or Refund. |
| Financial Information We will not willfully disclose individually identifiable information about our visitors or customers to any third party without first receiving permission from that visitor or customer. We Do Not Store or Retain any Credit Card related Information (Credit Card Numbers, Expiration Date, Card Security Code). All Credit Card related Information is sent in a secure manner over the internet via SSL to our Credit Card Processing Service. |
| Our Promise We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can request a cancellation and refund. We promise to issue a refund or credit on any purchase within 30 days of Purchase as long as the Account has not been Activated yet. If an Account has been Activated we may charge a cancellation fee. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view. |

| Subscription Purchases, Activation and Term You may purchase from 1 to 20 Subscription Accounts online. For larger quantities, or purchases using checks or purchase orders, contact IDE Corp. A Single Account Subscription is US $49.95. If you are an existing Subscriber, Renewal Subscriptions are US $29.95. Sales tax, when applicable, may be added to your order price. Subscriptions are valid for 1 Year from the date of Activation of the Subscription |
