Dr. Nancy Sulla, President and founder of IDE, believes that by using the opportunities afforded by today's technology, we can embrace instructional reform to create enriched learning experiences for students.

IDE’s work is featured in videos by the School Improvement Network; Dr. Sulla is a professor in Canter Productions’ Distance Learning Masters in Teaching program; the company produced the on-line high school state testing tutorials for the NJ Department of Education.


IDE consultants have Master's or doctoral degrees and substantial experience in the field of education They partner with school districts and universities to bring about positive, substantive, lasting change that improves student learning through a proven method of workshops and mentoring. The Technology Infusion ToolKit was originally designed as a CD-based product to assist educators examine their paradigms for teaching and learning and learn to infuse technology into their curriculum. Today's Internet access allows for instant updating of information; therefore, in 2006, we released the Technology Infusion ToolKit as an on-line product.

The company also produces the IDE Portal, a professional development Web site, which offers online courses and quality resources for educators; and the IDE Update –a monthly newsletter providing information on the elements of the learner-active, technology-infused classroom, monthly problem-based tasks complete with rubrics and Web sites, great tech tips, anecdotes from the classroom, reflections, and more.
